For online purchases, returns or exchanges must be requested within 14 days of the order being received.
Customers are responsible for any return shipping costs unless the item is defective or there was an error with the order. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Once your return is received and approved, a store credit or exchange will be issued.
Final Sale Items
Sale items, intimates, accessories, gift cards, and special orders are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
