The Boreal Forest (also called the Taiga) is the world's largest terrestrial biome spanning northern latitudes and has a distinctive, rich palette inspired by evergreen trees, moss, rocks, and seasonal changes. Deep greens and forest symbolize growth and endurance; White represents the landscape snow drifts; Rust maple is the autumn accents with subtle warmth and transition. This tartan represents a resilient life through strength, seasonal rhythm, and warmth amid the wilderness. Our lambswool products are made from 100% lambswool. This is considered the highest quality of sheep’s wool on the market. Lambswool is taken from a sheep at its first shearing (usually when the sheep is about seven months old). Patrick King uses the finest Lambswool in the production in its weaving. Incredibly soft, smooth, resilient, elastic and has superior spinning properties. Because of its silkiness, softness and warmth, Lambswool can be worn comfortably against the skin. It’s also the most hypoallergenic of all wools. Recommend hand wash in cold water and dry flat or dry clean.
